Thank you for your purchase of a Fusion Furniture product. We express our confidence in the merchandise by advising you of our Limited Warranty. Please read the terms of coverage carefully. Retain your original dated proof of purchase receipt and this printed Limited Warranty to substantiate your claim in the event warranted service requirements should arise. These warranties are only for the benefit of the original purchaser and apply to products purchased from an authorized Fusion Furniture retailer and apply under conditions of normal, indoor residential usage. This Limited Warranty begins from the date of the original purchase.

5-year limited warranty on frames against breakage under normal use, care and conditions due to defects in workmanship or materials provided the item is covered in the original fabric as of July 2019. Purchases made prior to July 2019 have a 1-year warranty.

3-year limited warranty on all foam seat cushion cores against defects in workmanship and material under normal use, care and conditions if purchased as of July 2019. Purchases made prior to July 2019 have a 1-year warranty. All cushions and filling material will soften and conform to the shape of the user over time and these qualities should not be considered as manufacturing defects. Cushion softening due to normal fiber compression is not covered by this warranty.

5-year limited warranty on springs & swivel, glider and sleeper mechanisms against defects in workmanship and material under normal use, care and conditions as of July 2019. Purchases made prior to July 2019 have a 1-year warranty.

All sleeper mattresses are warranted for 3 years against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use, care and conditions as of July 2019. Purchases made prior to July 2019 have a 1-year warranty.

NOTE: The mattress folded inside the mechanism may become creased at the fold lines. This is not a defect in the mattress.

Fusion Furniture fabrics are warranted for a period of one year to be free from manufacturing and workmanship defects, seam failure, fabric separation and nap loss under normal use, care and conditions. This warranty does not cover wrinkling, piling, stains, fading or damage caused by pets and is not valid where there is evidence of misuse, accidents, abuse or negligence.

NOTE: Improper cleaning or chemical treatment other than by the fabric manufacturer voids this warranty. This warranty does not extend to color variations in fabric due to dye lot variations when items are not purchased together.

**IMPORTANT** Fusion Furniture will not warranty any damage to any wooden accent chairs and ottomans caused by the over tightening of screws and bolts. Please pay close attention when tightening and only use wrenches provided.**

For fabric, sponge up spills immediately to prevent stains. If necessary, consult your retailer or a professional cleaning service to determine proper cleaning needs. Rotate cushions for even wear and maximum longevity. Never expose upholstery fabric to sunlight for any length of time. Proper care and use are essential for preserving your rights under this limited warranty.

Reasonable and customary labor charges for a period of one year from the original date of sale for the purpose of repair or replacing warranty parts are covered. Warranty service should be performed by the store where you purchased this item.

Fusion Furniture will, without charge, either repair or replace, at its option, the product covered by this Limited Warranty that is defective in materials or workmanship. To obtain service, you must return the product to the retail store from which you purchased the product. All warranty claims will be handled by repair or replacement of the defective part or component at the dealer’s discretion. All packing and transportation charges for delivering the product requiring service to the retail store is the responsibility of the original purchaser. In no event will Fusion Furniture’s responsibility exceed the purchase price of the product or replacement.

This limited warranty does not cover scratches, dents, snags, or other damage to wood flooring, carpet or any other type of flooring or floor covering. Please take care in the placement of your furniture, avoid sliding the furniture, and use floor protectors designed to protect your flooring and carpet. If floor protectors are applied by the Manufacturer, they may not prevent damage to your flooring or carpet.

This Limited Warranty extends only to the original retail consumer purchaser and will remain in effect only until expiration of the stated limited warranty period or until the product is no longer owned by the original purchaser, whichever occurs first. Fusion Furniture’s liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part or product at Fusion’s option. Repair or replacement of a part or product pursuant to these limited warranties will not extend the limited warranty period. The retailer through whom you purchased this product has no authority to extend or modify the terms of this Limited Warranty.

Fusion Furniture products are designed for residential use only. Placement in commercial or rental property, institutions, recreational vehicles or other non-residential use voids this warranty.

The remedies provided in this warranty are exclusive and, to the extent allowed by applicable law, are in lieu of all other remedies, warranties, or representations; express, implied, or statutory; including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and all other obligations and liabilities, whether in contract or in tort, all of which are expressly disclaimed herein. In no event shall Fusion Furniture be liable for  special, consequential, incidental, or other damages.

These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In the event the warranty exclusions do not apply to you, then, where legally permissible, such implied warranties are limited in duration to the stated warranty period and no warranties apply after that period. In circumstances in which the warranties provided herein do not apply, the products involved are, where legally permissible, still subject to the above disclaimer of implied warranties and the above limitation of damages.

GOVERNING LAW: The warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
